About Casper Wraps: Wyoming’s Vehicle Wrap Shop, Built for the Work Trucks Actually Do
Premium vehicle wraps designed, printed, and installed in Casper, WY for oilfield service companies, ranching operations, construction trades, healthcare fleets, and personal builds across central Wyoming.
Why We Started Casper Wraps
Most wrap shops sell the same materials and use the same install spec regardless of where the vehicle operates. Wyoming doesn’t work that way. UV at 5,150 feet, 150 to 200 freeze-thaw cycles per year, sustained 40+ mph wind, and the abrasive grit that comes with Powder River Basin oilfield work all combine to make Casper one of the harshest vinyl environments in North America. Wraps that perform fine in Phoenix or Houston fail visibly here in 18 months.
Casper Wraps exists to install wraps that actually survive Wyoming. That means premium cast vinyl only, UV-rated overlaminate on every print job, reinforced edge sealing on outdoor-stored vehicles, and material specification matched to the work the vehicle actually does. Oilfield service trucks get gravel-resistant overlaminate. Trailers stored outdoors get rivet-by-rivet edge sealing. Healthcare fleets get the color-saturation specification their brand standards demand.
We’re based in Casper and serve central Wyoming, including Mills, Bar Nunn, Evansville, Glenrock, and Douglas. We travel to fleet locations for assessments. Everything happens in our shop, from design through print and install. No outsourced design firms. No subcontracted installers. No “starting at” pricing that doubles at pickup.

Principles We Run On
Premium materials only
3M and Avery Dennison cast vinyl with UV-rated overlaminate. We refuse calendared vinyl, no-name cast, and material we know will fail in Wyoming. The cheap option costs more in the long run.
Written quotes upfront
Material, design, install labor, prep, edge sealing, and any trim removal all broken out as line items before you approve. No “starting at” pricing that grows on pickup day.
Designed for Wyoming
Material specification, install technique, and edge treatment all engineered for Casper’s UV, freeze-thaw cycling, and oilfield grit. We don’t apply Phoenix-spec wraps to Wyoming vehicles.
In-house from design to install
Design, printing, lamination, and installation all happen in our Casper shop. No outsourced design firms, no subbed-out installers. Single point of accountability if anything needs adjustment.
Honest expertise
If your project is better served by paint than wrap, we’ll tell you. If your existing paint can’t support a wrap, we’ll tell you. If a cheaper coverage tier delivers the same ROI, we’ll quote it. Our job is to make the right call for your vehicle, not maximize this invoice.
Long-term partnership
Fleet operators don’t wrap once. They wrap, refresh, replace, and rebrand over years. We archive your design files, stock replacement vinyl from your batch, and plan multi-year refresh schedules with you.

What Makes Us Different
There are wrap shops in Wyoming. There are wrap shops that ship vinyl to Wyoming from Denver or Salt Lake City. There aren’t many wrap shops engineered specifically for Casper’s climate, Powder River Basin operating environment, and the actual industries that run central Wyoming.
We specialize in the work that actually runs here. That means we understand oilfield service truck requirements at multi-operator pads. We know what trailer materials survive year-round outdoor storage in Bar Nunn wind. We’ve wrapped enough Featherlite livestock trailers and PJ goosenecks to design around slat patterns and rail configurations without redesigning the wheel each time. We know which finishes hold up to Wyoming winter road brine and which ones don’t.
We invest in long-term customer relationships, not transaction maximization. We track your fleet’s design and material specs so replacement panels match years later. We keep replacement vinyl on hand for fleet clients. We plan multi-year refresh cycles around your operational calendar. When a wrap fails before its rated life because of an install issue, we replace it at no charge.
Material Partners
We install premium cast vinyl from two manufacturers. Each one’s strengths cover different use cases. Both share our quality floor.
